Semiautomatic Kit Packaging System

The Delta MK-5 Semiautomatic Kit Packaging System offers a single operator workstation with five (5) separate compartments complete with split hopper bins of one cubic foot each. The workstation is easily expandable to ten (10) compartments within minutes by simply inserting dividers. This operation requires no tools. The operator sweeps the correct amount from each compartment into the funnel, mounted below, where it's held in the batch collector located above the bucket elevator. At the end of the batch, the operator passes their hand past the Opto-Touch™ switch releasing the batch into a bucket where it's indexed to the bag machine for sealing and labeling if required.
